Workers ' well-being
We provide social support for the resettlement of each participant, to protect each participant, to protect the integrity of each person and defending their human rights and to promote positive integration in New Zealand.
Support language
Provide language support in English to access and understand the information in English, so that our colleagues can make decisions based in New Zealand, understanding and information of the language.
Facilitator Cultural
We facilitate the connection between the host community of New Zealand and immigrants through counseling cultural and linguistic support.
Concierge
Alac Inc. provides counseling services to Latin american and hispanic.

Volunteer
We see volunteering as a process of collaboration and mutual support, which is important for us for the following reasons:
1. Alac Inc. it is an organization that works in collaboration with the people who volunteer.
2. One way in which we support our colleagues in their professional development is to create ways to learn about the culture and the society in New Zealand.
3. Work in a network, but also connect networks of support and solidarity.
